I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with a passion for supporting mothers and families on their breastfeeding journeys. As a registered nurse, I draw on my medical knowledge and compassion to provide the best care possible. Being a wife and mother myself, I understand the unique challenges new parents face and strive to empower them with evidence-based guidance and personalized support. My dedication to nurturing both mothers and babies drives everything I do, and I’m honored to be a trusted resource in my community.
With so much focus on birth and how tiny humans enter this world, we tend to forget or neglect preparing for the realities of postpartum. Don't fret though! I'm here to help support you through your fourth trimester. Although I may be 'just' a Lactation Consultant, my services extend beyond just sore nipples and leaking breasts. I believe that in order for women to thrive in their postpartum, they need to be held, loved and told that they are doing a good job (because they are).
