Lactation Services
How to get a lactation appointment with me:
Apply to see if your insurance is approved
Wait for approval or denial (usually a 24 hour wait on the weekdays)
You'll receive an email from my team, Breezy Babies.
If APPROVED, use the link in the email to book an appointment and have access to insurance covered visits
If NOT APPROVED, use the link at the bottom of this page, or the email to book a self pay appointment. You will receive a Super Bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement
***If the times on the schedule do not work for you, please reach out! I am willing to accommodate as best as I can.
List Of Services
Appointments are conducted either through in-home visits or telehealth. If you live more than 30 minutes from St. George a travel fee will be applied for in-home visits. I am able to meet with families all over the world via telehealth. Prices for services vary depending on initial visit versus follow-up as well as in-home versus telehealth. All booked appointments will receive 2 weeks of follow-up email/text/private messaging support as well as a personalized care plan.
The Affordable Care Act protects breastfeeding mothers by requiring most private health insurance plans (unless grandfathered in) to cover lactation support, services and breastfeeding equipment, without cost-sharing. If your insurance isn't accepted through our biller, The Lactation Network, please do yourself the favor of accessing your right proper breastfeeding support, and reach out to your insurance to see what services and equipment they will cover. Support should not be a luxury, it is a right.
