Postpartum Doula

As a postpartum doula I am here to serve the mother in whatever capacity she needs. I am the extra set of hands the mother no longer has as they are busy tending to the needs of the baby they just welcomed into the world. I am able to assist in 4th trimester by providing physical, emotional, and mental support. My duties as a postpartum doula are always changing as the families I provide care to all require unique needs. Common tasks completed as a postpartum doula would be: light house chores, including laundry, tidying the house, light meal prep, education, support and referrals. All contracted hours are to be completed within the home.
